Every person interested in accommodation and other hotel services (hereinafter referred to as the guest) undertakes to comply with these operating rules:

Every guest is obliged to present their identity card (ID card, passport or other valid document) at the hotel reception before providing accommodation.

1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the guest is obliged to pay for the hotel services immediately upon arrival. The price list for accommodation and other services is available at the hotel reception.
2. Accommodation will not be provided to persons suffering from infectious diseases or skin parasites, persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
3. Based on the booked accommodation, the hotel will accommodate the guest no earlier than 2:00 p.m. and no later than 9:00 p.m. Until then, the room will be reserved for the guest.
4. If the guest requests an extension of their stay, the hotel may offer them a different room than the one they were originally accommodated in.
5. In exceptional cases, the hotel may offer the guest different accommodation than agreed, provided that it does not differ significantly from the confirmed order.
6. The guest may receive visitors in the room only with the consent of the reception staff, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
7. The guest has the right to use the areas reserved for accommodation and other areas designated for guests. Upon check-in, the guest will receive a room card for the hotel room. The guest is obliged to prevent the loss of room cards, secure them against theft and avoid lending cards to persons who are not accommodated in the hotel.
In the event of damage caused by the fault of the guest, the hotel is entitled to claim compensation for the damage. The guest is obliged to pay for any damage incurred in the areas reserved for accommodation and other areas of the hotel in full, including compensation for lost profit in the amount of the applicable price for accommodation for the entire period during which the room with accessories or other area of ​​the hotel is out of service. The guest has this obligation even if the damage is caused by children or other persons accommodated by the guest or using the hotel services.
8. In the event of a serious injury or illness, the guest is obliged to notify the nearest hotel employee, who will arrange for medical assistance.
9. The hotel is not responsible for valuables (e.g. computer equipment, audiovisual equipment, etc.) and money brought into the hotel rooms. The hotel operator is not responsible for damage caused to the guest's property.
10. Dogs or other animals may only be placed in the hotel with the consent of the operator, provided that their behavior does not disturb other hotel guests.
11. For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 12 years of age in the rooms without adult supervision, even in the hotel's common areas.
12. In the event of premature termination of the stay by the guest, the accommodation provider does not refund the money.

The GUEST is obliged to:

  • pay the price for accommodation and other services used according to the valid price list
  • properly use the areas designated for guests, maintain order and cleanliness in the room
  • read and follow the Hotel's Operating Rules
  • before leaving the room, close the water taps, turn off the lights and switch off electrical appliances
  • report without delay the need for repairs in the areas reserved for guests
  • immediately report any damage or loss caused by the guest
  • behave in such a way as not to disturb other guests with their actions hotel
  • leave the accommodation premises by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed
  • if the guest leaves the room later than the agreed time or leaves their belongings there, they will be charged the full accommodation price for the next day
  • keep quiet between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
  • park cars only in the designated area designated by the hotel. This parking area is open, so the operator is not liable for any damage / theft of the vehicle or belongings in the vehicle
  • observe safety, fire and hygiene regulations
  • parents of toddlers and small children are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation and other areas of the hotel. This mainly concerns the protection of beds from contamination by children who are unable to maintain personal hygiene.

It is prohibited:

  • to make significant changes to the accommodation and other areas of the hotel (moving furniture, interfering with the electrical network, etc.)
  • to use your own electrical appliances in the hotel premises, with the exception of appliances used for personal hygiene (razor, hair dryer, etc.)
  • to leave the areas reserved for accommodation to another person
  • to bring animals into the rooms if they were not registered upon the guest's arrival
  • to take hotel towels and bath towels to the pond beach. A fee will be charged for damage or loss according to the current price list.
  • state the address as a place of business
  • carry a weapon and ammunition or otherwise keep them in a condition that allows for their immediate use
  • hold, manufacture or transfer
